This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Manage the purchasing and inventory control processes for the warehouse.
• Order and receive goods and parts into the inventory system.
• Negotiate and secure pricing for necessary materials.
• Confirm incoming shipments against bills of lading and invoices.
• Maintain records of received goods and report any damaged items or shortages.
• Ensure the warehouse is organized and well-maintained.
• Use Yardi software to track and manage inventory.
• Review and process purchase orders, bills of lading, and invoices efficiently.
• Conduct audits on all items received.
• Collaborate with the accounts payable coordinator to ensure timely processing of paperwork and obtain vendor credits as needed.
• Coordinate shipments with ground carriers.
• Establish new inventory items and update item costs within the inventory system.
• Distribute parts and manage building and unit keys for vendors and the maintenance team.
• Carry out other assigned duties.
• High school diploma or equivalent certification, or a combination of education and/or experience.
• No specific certification or professional license is required.
• No particular work experience is necessary.
• Preferred: 3 years of experience in a warehouse setting.
• Proficiency in Data Management.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong oral communication skills.
• Competence in relationship management.
• Effective time management abilities.
• Good written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Yardi software.
• External candidates must undergo pre-employment screening, including a criminal background check and other applicable checks.
