This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.
• Develop and sustain robust relationships with publisher partners spanning various geographies and traffic sources.
• Oversee a portfolio of supply partners, serving as the primary contact for all business, operational, and technical inquiries.
• Consistently evaluate and analyze supply performance, traffic quality, KPIs, and revenue metrics; derive actionable insights to enhance yield and boost profitability.
• Manage daily performance, pacing, discrepancies, and optimization prospects across publisher inventory.
• Identify and onboard new publishers to broaden our supply network, ensuring the acquisition of high-quality, scalable traffic.
• Collaborate intimately with internal teams (AMs, media buyers, product, compliance, and analytics) to guarantee seamless integration and favorable business results.
• Ensure prompt resolution of technical issues, tracking problems, discrepancies, and optimization requirements.
• Experience in ad-tech, digital advertising, mobile marketing, or programmatic supply.
• Prior experience managing publishers, affiliates, traffic partners, or SSP relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A proactive mindset — constantly seeking new supply opportunities, innovative integrations, and high-quality partners.
• Strong relationship-building capabilities and the aptitude to nurture long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence supply partners and internal stakeholders across various organizational tiers.
• Proven proficiency in managing multiple supply partners simultaneously while ensuring exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience in delivering partner-centric optimizations and solutions driven by performance data.
• Strong analytical skills, negotiation abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
