This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Engage in negotiations to onboard Tier 2 publishers in the United States.
• Discuss and negotiate potential partnership terms across various position levels.
• Build strong business relationships with prospective clients.
• Attend real-time meetings to explore different business model scenarios with publishers.
• Finalize agreements with publishers under favorable terms for the organization.
• Employ diverse sales strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the Publisher Success team and the Demand Sales team.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in AdTech, with a preference for publisher growth and/or acquisition.
• Proficient in using HubSpot and conducting extensive outreach.
• Familiarity with HubSpot and outreach tools.
• Background in reaching out to publishers and arranging meetings.
• Strong understanding of publisher requirements, including monetization, engagement, user experience, and insights.
• Established network with publishers and adeptness in negotiating complex agreements.
• Knowledge of programmatic media and native advertising.
• Proven track record of outstanding performance in B2B sales.
• This position qualifies for a quarterly bonus.
