This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Generate end-user demand for MRO products and services through phone outreach.
• Oversee a new or existing territory and enhance categorical sales performance.
• Boost customer engagement and promote the use of self-service web resources.
• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls leading to increased sales and customer interaction.
• Aid customers in discovering solutions that help them reach their objectives and deliver added value.
• Exhibit excellent communication abilities with a capacity to adapt to evolving customer and business requirements.
• Formulate and manage your sales strategy by establishing goals and objectives.
• Showcase robust business acumen.
• Possess strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRM Software.
• Operate remotely utilizing collaboration tools such as MS Teams and Zoom.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience of 2 years in sales.
• Previous sales experience with State, Local, and Federal government entities, including Higher Education and K-12, is preferred.
• Familiarity and skill in key aspects of inside sales, such as cold calling, business development, customer qualification, and customer acquisition.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Self-driven with strong problem-solving and negotiation capabilities.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills are crucial.
• Energetic and enthusiastic; comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
