This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Act as the operational leader for various PR initiatives, ensuring that projects stay on track from the planning phase through to execution.
• Convert meetings, discussions, and stakeholder feedback into actionable project plans that include designated owners and timelines.
• Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and resource deficiencies, escalating concerns and suggesting solutions as necessary.
• Examine deliverables to detect inconsistencies, errors, or areas for improvement prior to stakeholder review.
• Implement brand guidelines and campaign objectives to guarantee that deliverables meet quality expectations.
• Spot opportunities to enhance workflows, communication channels, and team productivity.
• Foster accountability among stakeholders to ensure that commitments are fulfilled and projects progress smoothly.
• Provide daily project management support to PR Managers and the Head of PR + Influence.
• Manage and update project timelines, work backs, trackers, status reports, and action plans for multiple simultaneous initiatives.
• Coordinate deliverables across various functions to ensure projects adhere to schedules and stakeholders remain aligned.
• Take charge of meeting documentation and follow-up, translating discussions into actionable next steps with assigned ownership and timelines.
• Assist in planning campaigns and brainstorming sessions, documenting recommendations, requirements, and project outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project trackers, contact databases, asset repositories, and reporting dashboards.
• Help prepare, route, and monitor approvals for messaging documents, media materials, and campaign assets.
• Keep visibility across all active workstreams and proactively share status updates, risks, and dependencies.
• If located locally, provide in-person support for NYC-based activations, press events, agency meetings, and brand experiences.
• Oversee end-to-end product seeding programs, including inventory management, shipment tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that activation and seeding efforts align with overall campaign priorities.
• Work directly with agency teams, acting as a central point of contact for project communications, asset routing, timelines, and feedback management.
• Monitor earned media performance and campaign KPIs across PR initiatives.
• Compile reports, media coverage, insights, and campaign highlights for both internal and client-facing presentations.
• Aid in post-campaign recaps by documenting key learnings, performance results, and recommendations.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
• 4–7 years of experience in project management, account management, communications, public relations, integrated marketing, or a similar field.
• Proven experience managing intricate projects involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying issues and proposing solutions.
• Exceptional organizational skills paired with a keen eye for detail and strong follow-through.
• Demonstrated capability to independently prioritize tasks and advance work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience collaborating across functions with agencies, vendors, clients, and internal teams.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
