This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive PR strategy that aligns with enterprise priorities, brand positioning, and growth objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership regarding corporate narrative, messaging, and communication strategies.
• Manage high-impact PR initiatives that encompass earned media, awards, speaking engagements, and thought leadership programs.
• Create and maintain measurement frameworks to evaluate the reach, quality, and business impact of earned media.
• Collaborate with marketing, product marketing, and executive leadership to ensure consistent messaging and coordinated campaign execution.
• Formulate communication strategies for significant corporate initiatives, product launches, and high-visibility announcements.
• Guarantee message consistency and strategic alignment across digital, social, and corporate communication platforms.
• Build and utilize senior-level relationships with top-tier healthcare, business, and technology media, maintaining an established network within and beyond the healthcare sector.
• Lead proactive media engagement to secure valuable coverage, executive interviews, and strategic visibility opportunities.
• Position senior executives as credible and differentiated thought leaders on key market and industry topics.
• Manage responses to media inquiries and act as a company spokesperson when necessary.
• Oversee the creation of press releases, bylines, media pitches, and executive communications that enhance the company narrative.
• Ensure clear, consistent, and differentiated messaging across all external communication channels.
• Transform complex data, analytics, and healthcare solutions into engaging narratives for key external audiences.
• Develop and uphold crisis communication strategies that protect and enhance the company’s reputation.
• Serve as a key member of the crisis response team, leading communication efforts in high-stakes situations.
• Monitor the media landscape to identify emerging risks, issues, and strategic opportunities.
• 7–10 years of experience in public relations and/or corporate communications, ideally within the healthcare or technology sectors.
• Demonstrated success in leading strategic PR initiatives and achieving top-tier media coverage.
• Outstanding writing, storytelling, and executive communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Dependable, driven, and capable of prioritizing and delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
• Effective collaborator at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and a solution-oriented mindset.
