This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• To support our growth, we are seeking entrepreneurial, purpose-driven professionals who align with our vision of making mental well-being direct, accessible, and impactful.
• At OpenUp, our emphasis is on prevention. We focus on providing guidance for everyday challenges rather than diagnoses—whether it’s work-related stress, self-confidence, relationship dynamics, or navigating uncertainty.
• We offer both scheduled and on-demand video consultations seven days a week, ensuring individuals can receive support exactly when they need it—no lengthy waits and no obstacles. During each session (typically 25 minutes), you’ll assist clients in establishing clear, actionable goals and guide them toward meaningful initial steps.
• Our mission is to empower individuals to develop skills and autonomy, enabling them to feel confident in continuing their journey independently. Many clients discover they achieve what they need in just a few focused conversations, thanks to your structured, goal-focused support.
• You will interact with a diverse range of individuals from various cultural backgrounds and industries, and you’ll have opportunities for growth through weekly intervision sessions and ongoing development. Together, we strive to make mental well-being accessible, practical, and empowering for all.
• You possess native-level fluency in Tunisian Arabic.
• Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken), with confidence in delivering consultations in English.
• A Master's degree in Psychology.
• At least 4 years of experience providing 1:1 consultations following the attainment of your Master’s degree in Psychology.
• Comprehensive knowledge of solution-focused therapy, ACT, and/or CBT.
• Tech-savvy with a self-sufficient approach to digital platforms and systems.
• You have a laptop/computer running Windows 11, OR MacOS Sonoma 14, AND an active antivirus on your device.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and open to ongoing learning.
• A team player who thrives independently and takes charge of personal and professional development.
• A natural connector: you foster a safe, supportive environment for clients and act decisively to help them progress.
• You embody the "practice what you preach" philosophy, demonstrating integrity and reflection in your interactions with both clients and colleagues.
• Freelance experience is advantageous, as we value self-starters who are confident in managing their own practice.
• A freelance contract offering 10-15 hours per week.
• An international and diverse team with expertise in work and organizational psychology, health psychology, lifestyle medicine, and more.
• A culture that promotes reflection, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Weekly check-ins, intervision sessions, and opportunities for skill enhancement.
• Two dedicated training half-days each year to reflect on your practice and further develop your skills.
