This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Carry out virtual psychological assessments for both entry-level and lateral candidates applying for Federal Wildlife Officer positions.
• Administer, interpret, and analyze standardized psychological evaluations and interviews.
• Assess candidates for clinical psychopathology, emotional regulation, judgment, stress tolerance, substance abuse tendencies, and various other behavioral risk factors.
• Identify suitable candidates who are likely to thrive in demanding law enforcement settings.
• Deliver written individual psychological evaluation reports and hiring recommendations to the USFWS within designated timeframes.
• Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a related discipline (PhD or PsyD).
• Active and unrestricted license to practice psychology in the relevant state.
• Prior experience in conducting psychological evaluations for law enforcement is preferred.
