Psychologist – 24/7 German Speaking, Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Managing the 24/7 on-call service.

• Assisting users in feeling acknowledged, centered, and supported during times of acute stress, anxiety, or panic.

• Directing users towards the appropriate next steps according to established protocols.

• Recording and transferring information to the day team when necessary.

• Engaging in structured learning opportunities, including intervision sessions, case reflections, and discussions led by experts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possesses a Master’s degree in Psychology.

• Has 1–3 years of experience in psychological support, coaching, or similar environments.

• Is dependable, introspective, and eager to learn through practical experience.

• Demonstrates native-level proficiency in German, along with strong communication skills in English.

• Is confident in explaining processes, setting expectations, and redirecting users as necessary.

• Understands the distinctions between support, guidance, and therapy.

• Is technologically adept and comfortable utilizing digital tools and protocols.

• Owns a laptop or computer running Windows 10 or later, or MacOS Ventura or later, with antivirus software enabled.

• Can work autonomously, adhere to clear procedures, and take responsibility during on-call shifts.
