Psychiatrist, MD/DO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Fully remote outpatient psychiatry position

• Focus on lower to moderate acuity populations (e.g., anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, PTSD)

• Diverse patient demographic spanning all ages: children & adolescents (treated exclusively by board-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists), adults, and geriatric patients

• Standardized session durations (60-minute initial assessments, 30-minute follow-up sessions)

• No involvement in inpatient care, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization services, or crisis intervention

• Access to an in-house referral network for therapists

• Comprehensive operational support, including scheduling, billing, intake management, and licensing assistance

• Flexibility in scheduling and weekly availability

• Session lengths adhere to established clinical protocols

• Patient demographics matched to personal criteria and preferences

• Autonomy in clinical decision-making without the pressure to reduce visit times or increase patient load

⛳️ Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists (MD/DO)

• Active, unrestricted medical license (multi-state licensing support available)

• Enthusiasm for outpatient, fully telepsychiatry-based practice

• Willingness to learn streamlined clinical technology

• Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and a collaborative approach
