Psychiatrist, MD/DO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Fully remote outpatient psychiatry position.

• Focus on lower to moderate acuity populations (e.g., anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, PTSD).

• Diverse patient demographics, including children & adolescents (treated exclusively by board-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists), adults, and geriatric individuals.

• Standard session durations consist of 60-minute intake appointments and 30-minute follow-ups.

• No involvement in inpatient care, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization, or crisis intervention.

• Access to an in-house referral network for therapists.

• Comprehensive operational support covering scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.

• Flexibility to manage your own schedule and weekly availability.

• Session lengths adhere to established clinical standards.

• Patient population is tailored to personal criteria and preferences.

• Clinical decision-making is conducted without pressure to reduce appointment times or increase patient volume.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists (MD/DO).

• Possession of an active, unrestricted medical license (multi-state licensing support is available).

• Enthusiasm for outpatient care in a 100% telepsychiatry setting.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to streamlined clinical technology.

• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach.
