Psychiatrist, MD/DO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Fully remote outpatient psychiatry position.

• Focus on lower to moderate acuity patient populations including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and PTSD.

• Diverse patient demographics covering the entire lifespan: children & adolescents (managed exclusively by board-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists), adults, and geriatric individuals.

• Standardized session durations (60-minute initial assessments, 30-minute follow-up visits).

• No involvement in inpatient care, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization, or crisis management.

• Access to an in-house referral network for therapy services.

• Comprehensive operational support encompassing scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.

• Flexibility in managing your schedule and weekly availability.

• Sessions conducted in accordance with established clinical guidelines.

• Patient demographics tailored to meet individual criteria and preferences.

• Autonomy in clinical decision-making without pressure to reduce visit durations or increase patient volume.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists (MD/DO).

• Must possess an active, unrestricted medical license (multi-state licensing support is available).

• Enthusiasm for outpatient care delivered via 100% telepsychiatry.

• Willingness to engage with streamlined clinical technology.

• Excellent clinical judgment, communication capabilities, and a collaborative approach.
