Psychiatrist – 1099 Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive mental health medication management through a 60-minute intake session followed by regular follow-up appointments.

• Perform mental health risk assessments, psychiatric medication evaluations, and ongoing medication treatment.

• Develop patient-centered treatment plans, document treatment recommendations, communicate with patients, and prescribe as well as manage psychiatric medications.

• Demonstrate experience and commitment to delivering evidence-based medication treatment in accordance with clinical best practice guidelines (e.g., measurement-based care, patient-centered care).

⛳️ Requirements

• Board certified MD or DO specializing in psychiatry.

• Unrestricted state license in Tennessee; additional state licenses are a plus.

• Strong preference for clinicians holding an active DEA license.

• Must possess office space with the capability to see clients.

• Ability to provide care for patients across a diverse range of diagnoses, clinical complexities, and severity levels, with a preference for providers offering in-person services.

• Must be a full-time resident of the United States.
