Psychiatrist – 1099 Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive mental health medication management through a 60-minute intake session and ongoing follow-up visits.

• Perform mental health risk assessments, psychiatric medication evaluations, and continuous medication treatment.

• Develop patient-centered treatment plans, document treatment recommendations, communicate with patients, and prescribe and oversee psychiatric medications.

• Demonstrate experience and dedication to providing evidence-based medication treatment that adheres to clinical best practice guidelines (e.g., measurement-based care, patient-centered care).

⛳️ Requirements

• Board-certified MD or DO in psychiatry.

• Unrestricted state license in Maryland; additional licenses in other states are a plus.

• Strong preference for clinicians holding an active DEA license.

• Must have office space suitable for seeing clients.

• Capability to provide care to patients with a wide range of diagnoses, clinical complexities, and severity levels, with a preference for providers offering in-person services.

• Must be a full-time resident of the United States.
