Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner – Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Perform virtual psychiatric assessments and evaluations to formulate suitable medication management plans for clients.

• Prescribe and oversee psychiatric medications, modifying dosages and treatment strategies as needed.

• Work alongside our team of licensed therapists and counselors to provide integrated and holistic care for clients.

• Educate and support clients and their families about medication adherence, possible side effects, and therapeutic interventions.

• Keep precise and prompt clinical documentation while complying with ethical standards and legal obligations.

• Autonomy in clinical decision-making: As a licensed and trained provider, your clinical judgment and expertise guide the most effective and clinically suitable approaches for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on psychiatric-mental health.

• Current state licensure as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner along with national certification.

• At least 2 years of post-certification clinical experience in psychiatric-mental health.

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and technology for virtual patient consultations.

• Strong skills in clinical assessment, diagnostics, and medication management.
