Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, PMHNP-BC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Rhode Island.

📋 Description

• Engage in the integrated care team framework at OMH

• Tailor the care approach for each individual patient

• Assess the frequency of patient visits and determine the suitable duration for each session

• Medication management and individual psychotherapy constitute the primary forms of clinical practice at OMH

• Provide family therapy, group therapy, and psychological assessments as necessary and/or appropriate for a diverse array of patient concerns

• Enjoy the flexibility to design your own personalized schedules to achieve an optimal work/life balance

• Concentrate on patient care without any additional on-call duties

• Conduct clinical care and documentation following treatment sessions

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid licensure in Massachusetts as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

• Experience in working with individuals facing various behavioral health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, substance misuse, and other psychiatric conditions

• Successful completion of PMHNP-BC exam(s) is preferred
