Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, PMHNP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Fully remote outpatient psychiatric care services.

• Serving lower to moderate acuity populations, such as those with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD.

• Standardized session durations, including 60-minute intake sessions and 30-minute follow-ups.

• No involvement in inpatient care, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization, or crisis management.

• Integrated care model supported by an in-house referral network to psychiatrists and therapists.

• Comprehensive operational support encompassing scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.

• Flexibility in managing your schedule and weekly availability.

• Session formats adhere to established clinical standards.

• Patient demographics tailored to individual preferences and criteria.

• Clinical decision-making conducted without pressure to reduce visit durations or increase patient volume.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).

• Current unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.

• At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.

• Experience in providing outpatient psychiatric services, including comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.

• Skills in psychoeducation and supportive therapy.

• Comfort with a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based practice model.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical records to accurately and efficiently document patient care.

• Strong clinical judgment coupled with effective communication and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

• Dedication to evidence-based practices and ongoing clinical development.
