This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Evaluate, diagnose, develop, and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Provide education and coaching to clients regarding treatment outcomes and potential adverse reactions.
• Utilize evidence-based practices in psychopharmacology and psychotherapy.
• Collaborate with Practice Leaders to oversee patients' holistic mental health care.
• Complete documentation and supportive care tasks, including follow-ups and callbacks.
• Deliver care through various mediums such as video, chat, phone, and in-person sessions.
• Clearly communicate pricing, insurance coverage basics, and costs associated with lab tests and medications.
• Identify when patients require care beyond the scope of practice and formulate suitable care plans.
• Master and effectively utilize EMR, video conferencing, iChat, onsite lab tests, and pharmacy tools.
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality patient experience at ZoomCare.
• Cultivate ongoing relationships with patients from initial visits through video and chat interactions.
• Conduct focused, goal-oriented sessions that incorporate labs and medications when medically indicated.
• Practice autonomously while seeking consultation as necessary.
• Address feedback regarding clinical quality, customer compliments and concerns, and medical care matters.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) with a specialization in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) is required.
• Current Registered Nursing licensure in Oregon and Washington.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a PMHNP.
• Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare or able to fulfill Medicare credentialing requirements prior to employment.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification from a recognized organization, or the ability to obtain it within one month of hire.
• Vaccinated against COVID-19, Hepatitis B, MMR, PPD, Varicella (Chickenpox), and TD/TDAP.
• Proficient in psychotherapy techniques and medication management.
• Capable of practicing independently and seeking consultation when appropriate.
• Available to work Wednesday through Saturday, totaling 34 hours per week.
• Must reside in Oregon.
• Willingness and ability to relocate to different clinic locations based on business needs.
• Capability to perform clinical duties that may require work beyond scheduled hours or outside of regular business hours.
• Proficient in using EMR, video conferencing, iChat, onsite lab tests, and pharmacy tools.
• Ability to be fit tested and wear a respirator when necessary.
• ASN and BSN degrees are preferred but not required.
