Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Carry out initial assessments and collaboratively create treatment plans with clients, incorporating medication, therapy, or a combination of both.

• Actively follow up with clients at least once a month to evaluate the effectiveness of recommended interventions and offer ongoing support until treatment objectives are met.

• Deliver various forms of talk therapy in conjunction with medication management when necessary.

• Conduct tele-psychiatric consultations for clients residing in Ohio.

• Establish a personal schedule within operating hours from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).

• Valid Ohio Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner License.

• ANCC Board Certification.

• DEA Certification.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in adult mental health.

• Strong assessment capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and documentation skills.

• Driven, client-focused work ethic.

• Must possess a personal computer and a quiet, professional environment for tele-psychiatry sessions.

• Minimum commitment of 16 hours per week.

• Availability required from Monday to Friday and on weekends.

• Comfortable offering different forms of talk therapy.
