This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Deliver psychiatric services to individuals who might otherwise lack access to care.
• Coordinate the planning and delivery of treatment with Fort Health’s network of licensed therapists.
• Follow Fort Health’s platform guidelines and policies, completing all necessary training.
• Offer exceptional clinical customer service by providing prompt and compassionate care on the platform.
• Provide feedback regarding software and operational processes to Fort Health’s internal engineering and operational teams to enhance products, workflows, and care delivery.
• Execute medication treatment plans for mild to moderate disorders within a virtual clinic (i.e., telehealth) environment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team consisting of physicians, therapists, and external providers.
• Maintain the ability to communicate between sessions to support patients and liaise with other internal providers.
• Participate and engage in clinical meetings, supervision, and team meetings when appropriate.
• Licensure: You are a fully licensed, ANCC board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) in NY.
• You must have at least one year of experience as a PMHNP, specifically working with children and adolescents after completing clinicals.
• NPI Number: We can assist you in obtaining this if you haven't done so yet!
• DEA: You either possess a DEA number or are willing to acquire one.
• You must have reliable, high-speed internet access with a minimum of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
• A strong desire to work with and learn from leading child mental health experts in the field is essential.
• Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
• A commitment to working with diverse populations and a variety of diagnoses is required.
• You should be a reliable self-starter, capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• Experience in a clinical setting with children and adolescents for three years or more is necessary.
