Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – Women's Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive and holistic psychiatric care to patients who are perinatal, perimenopausal, and menopausal through a completely remote telehealth framework.

• Operate within a care model that emphasizes clinical excellence and collaboration with the client's Seven Starling therapist.

• This role is a 1099 contract, with an expected workload averaging 5-10 hours per week.

• Carry out 60-minute intake sessions and 20-30 minute follow-ups, utilizing your clinical judgment to assess the appropriate duration for each session.

• Adapt and thrive in an early-stage startup environment, contributing to the development of workflows and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active Board Certified AR (Arkansas) PMHNP license in good standing.

• Preference will be given to candidates with at least three additional state licenses in our current or upcoming markets.

• Current markets include Arizona, California, Colorado, DC/District of Columbia, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin; upcoming states include Alabama, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Oregon, and Washington.

• RN Compact licensure is preferred.

• No DEA registration is necessary (We do not prescribe controlled substances).

• At least one year of experience as a PMHNP working with the perinatal population is required.

• A minimum of six months of experience in telehealth is needed.

• Strong understanding of mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and psychiatric care considerations during the perinatal and perimenopausal/menopausal stages.

• Must be grounded in evidence-based practices to inform treatment plans and direct clinical care.

• Excellent empathetic and intuitive listening skills along with strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Must be adaptable and motivated to grow within an early-stage startup, contributing to the evolution of workflows while delivering high-quality mental health care.

• Comfortable and proficient with virtual platforms, electronic health records, and Google Suite, with a willingness to learn new programs quickly.
