This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Deliver comprehensive and holistic psychiatric care to patients during the perinatal, perimenopausal, and menopausal stages through a fully remote telehealth platform.
• Work within a care framework that emphasizes clinical quality and collaboration with the client’s Seven Starling therapist.
• Conduct 60-minute intake sessions and 20–30-minute follow-ups, utilizing clinical judgment to determine the suitable duration for each session.
• Adapt and thrive in an early-stage startup, contributing to the development of workflows and best practices.
• Provide an average of 5–10+ hours weekly of patient-facing appointment time.
• Possession of an active Board Certified PA (Pennsylvania) PMHNP license in good standing.
• Preference will be given to candidates who hold at least three additional state licenses in open or forthcoming markets.
• RN Compact licensure is preferred.
• No DEA registration is necessary; controlled substances are not prescribed.
• A minimum of one year of experience as a PMHNP working with the perinatal population.
• At least six months of experience in telehealth.
• Knowledge of mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and psychiatric care considerations during the perinatal and perimenopausal/menopausal periods.
• Application of evidence-based practices to inform treatment plans and guide clinical care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility and eagerness to contribute in an early-stage startup environment.
• Proficiency and comfort with virtual platforms, electronic health records, and Google Suite.
• Capability to learn new programs quickly.
