This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, manage medications, and provide ongoing care to the Medicaid population.
• Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, and insurance, allowing you to concentrate on patient care.
• Collaborate with other independent clinicians in the network for additional insights when needed.
• An active and unrestricted PMHNP license in good standing in the state of Missouri.
• National board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
• Prescriptive authority along with an active DEA registration.
• Experience in conducting psychiatric evaluations and prescribing psychotropic medications, either under supervision or independently.
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools.
• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup to facilitate confidential virtual sessions.
• Proficiency in English; Spanish fluency is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Strong clinical judgment in managing psychiatric conditions among diverse populations.
• A patient-centered approach to medication management and treatment planning.
• Experience in collaborating with therapists and other providers as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
• A commitment to promoting equity in mental health access for Medicaid populations.
