This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Assess and provide treatment for patients experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and various other conditions.
• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations that include mental health assessments, medical history reviews, and risk evaluations.
• Employ innovative, evidence-based treatment methodologies.
• Foster a compassionate, respectful, and empathetic approach in all patient interactions and care strategies.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that integrate medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Collaborate with fellow mental health and medical professionals.
• Investigate and incorporate new therapeutic modalities and technologies.
• Engage in peer and physician case discussions to refine clinical expertise and promote continuous learning.
• Possession of an active, unrestricted PMHNP license in Pennsylvania.
• Board certification as a PMHNP through the ANCC.
• Valid DEA registration.
• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a practicing PMHNP.
• Willingness to commit to at least a 1-year tenure with the organization.
• Comfort in delivering care through telehealth platforms.
• Strong skills in clinical assessment, diagnostics, and medication management.
