This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Assess and provide treatment for patients with conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, and bipolar disorder.

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations, including mental health and medical histories, along with risk assessments.

• Implement innovative, evidence-based therapeutic methods.

• Foster compassion, respect, and empathy in all patient interactions and care strategies.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that integrate medication management and brief psychotherapy.

• Collaborate with other mental health and medical professionals.

• Investigate and incorporate new therapeutic approaches and technologies to enhance patient outcomes and care efficiency.

• Engage in case reviews with colleagues and physicians to improve clinical competencies and promote ongoing education.

• Possess an active, unrestricted PMHNP license in Louisiana.

• Hold board certification as a PMHNP from the ANCC.

• Have active DEA registration.

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a practicing PMHNP.

• Willingness to commit to at least a 1-year tenure with the team.

• Ability to provide care remotely through telehealth platforms.

• Strong skills in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and medication management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in using technology and electronic health record systems.
