📋 Description

• Assess and provide treatment to patients experiencing conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, and bipolar disorder. Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations that encompass mental health history, medical background, and risk assessment. Implement innovative evidence-based therapies.

• Foster a culture of compassion, respect, and empathy in all patient interactions and care methodologies.

• Design and implement personalized treatment strategies that integrate medication and brief psychotherapy, collaborating with other mental health and medical professionals.

• Investigate and incorporate new therapeutic methods and technologies to improve patient results and the efficiency of care.

• Engage in case discussions with colleagues and physicians to refine clinical abilities and encourage continuous education.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least two (2) or more of the following states: Arizona (AZ), California (CA), Connecticut (CT), Florida (FL), Illinois (IL), Louisiana (LA), North Carolina (NC), Ohio (OH), Pennsylvania (PA), Washington (WA), Wyoming (WY).

• Board certification as a PMHNP (ANCC) or an equivalent national PMHNP certification.

• Valid DEA registration (mandatory for prescribing controlled substances).

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a practicing PMHNP.

• Willingness to commit to a minimum 1-year engagement with our team.

• Ability to provide care remotely utilizing telehealth.

• Strong skills in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and medication management.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in using technology and electronic health record systems.
