Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Part-Time, Full-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Assess and provide treatment for individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, and bipolar disorder.

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations that include assessments of mental health, medical history, and risk factors.

• Implement innovative, evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Foster compassion, respect, and empathy in interactions and care methodologies with patients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate medication and brief psychotherapy.

• Collaborate with other mental health and medical professionals.

• Investigate and apply new therapeutic methods and technologies.

• Engage in peer and physician case reviews to enhance clinical expertise and ongoing education.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active, unrestricted PMHNP license in Ohio.

• Board-certified as a PMHNP through the ANCC.

• Active DEA registration is required.

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a PMHNP.

• Willingness to commit to a minimum tenure of 1 year.

• Ability to provide care remotely through telehealth platforms.

• Strong skills in clinical assessment, diagnostics, and medication management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Comfort with technology and electronic health record systems.
