This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Assess and provide treatment for patients dealing with depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, and bipolar disorder.
• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations, encompassing mental health assessments, medical histories, and risk evaluations.
• Implement innovative, evidence-based treatment methods.
• Foster an environment of compassion, respect, and empathy in all patient interactions and care strategies.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that integrate medication and brief psychotherapy.
• Collaborate with a team of mental health and medical professionals.
• Investigate and incorporate new therapeutic techniques and technologies into practice.
• Engage in case reviews with colleagues and physicians.
• Deliver patient-centered psychiatric care through telehealth services.
• Possess an active, unrestricted PMHNP license in North Carolina.
• Hold board certification as a PMHNP (ANCC).
• Maintain an active DEA registration.
• Have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a practicing PMHNP.
• Demonstrate a commitment to at least a 1-year tenure with the team.
• Exhibit comfort in providing care remotely via telehealth platforms.
• Possess strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication management abilities.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be proficient with technology and electronic health record systems.
