This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Assess and provide treatment for individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, and bipolar disorder.
• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations, which encompass mental health assessments, medical history reviews, and risk assessments.
• Implement innovative, evidence-based treatment methodologies.
• Foster an environment of compassion, respect, and empathy in all patient interactions and care strategies.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that integrate medication and brief psychotherapy.
• Collaborate with fellow mental health and medical professionals.
• Investigate and incorporate new therapeutic methods and technologies into practice.
• Engage in peer and physician case discussions to refine clinical skills and promote continuous learning.
• Must hold a valid, unrestricted PMHNP license in Arizona.
• Board certification as a PMHNP through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) is required.
• Active registration with the DEA is essential.
• A minimum of one year of professional experience as a practicing PMHNP is necessary.
• Willingness to commit to at least a one-year tenure.
• Must be comfortable delivering care remotely using telehealth services.
• Strong skills in clinical assessment, diagnostics, and medication management are a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required.
• Proficiency in using technology and electronic health record systems is essential.
• A commitment to providing patient-centered, compassionate care is expected.
• Ability to create your own schedule for an optimal work-life balance.
