This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with psychiatric disorders utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
• Prescribe medications and/or therapeutic interventions as deemed appropriate.
• Provide empathetic, patient-focused care to a varied patient demographic.
• Address patient needs promptly, guided by clinical urgency and best practices.
• Collaborate with mental health specialists, primary care providers, and family members when necessary.
• Engage in interdisciplinary discussions to facilitate comprehensive treatment planning.
• Participate in weekly Provider Rounds and monthly All-Staff meetings.
• Maintain active engagement with clinical and administrative communications across organizational platforms.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and complete electronic medical records for all patient interactions.
• Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Follow optimal practices for documentation, prescribing, and standards of patient care.
• Stay informed about developments in psychiatric treatments, medications, and clinical best practices.
• Engage in ongoing education, training, and opportunities for professional growth.
• Continuously enhance clinical competencies to deliver the highest quality of care.
• Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Idaho.
• Board Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
• Experience in diagnosing and treating a broad spectrum of mental health issues.
• Proficient in electronic medical records systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Dedication to compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Must reside in the state of Idaho.
• Must ensure timely, accurate, and complete electronic medical records.
• Must adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
