📋 Description

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and provide ongoing medication management for patients of all ages (5 years and older).

• Create and execute evidence-based treatment strategies that align with the goals of patients.

• Prescribe and oversee psychotropic medications, ensuring efficacy and monitoring for side effects.

• Collaborate with primary care physicians and multidisciplinary teams to promote comprehensive patient care.

• Tackle co-occurring disorders, including substance use, using a thorough and evidence-informed methodology.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in partner-site electronic health record (EHR) systems to facilitate continuity of care.

• Utilize telehealth platforms to engage patients, ensuring accessibility and equity in the delivery of care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active license as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).

• Preference for licenses held in Arkansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Mississippi.

• Minimum of three years of clinical experience in community-oriented mental health environments.
