This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +17 more states.

📋 Description

• Perform psychiatric evaluations and assessments

• Create and execute treatment plans for patients

• Deliver medical management, mental health counseling, and therapy sessions

• Prescribe and oversee psychopharmacological treatments

• Ensure accurate medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and insurance regulations

• Provide telehealth services when necessary

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to guarantee comprehensive patient care

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing and board certification

• Current state medical license to practice as a PMHNP

• Active DEA number (and CDS number as applicable)

• Collaborative Practice Agreement (if required)

• Personal liability insurance

• A home office or alternative location for conducting telehealth visits
