Provider Relations Specialist I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Act as the liaison between providers and Trillium

• Address inquiries regarding insurance claims

• Handle grievances and/or complaints

• Support the onboarding process for providers

• Attend to provider needs to cultivate positive, professional relationships

• Resolve inquiries, concerns, and issues while monitoring outcomes

• Prepare, process, and evaluate both oral and written materials

• Assist with informational documents, reports, and special projects requested by Network Management

• Establish and sustain communication channels with service providers via telephone

• Respond to provider inquiries within one business day

• Collect and/or update demographic data, provider names, and the nature of questions or complaints

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of one (1) year of clerical experience; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Valid driver's license

• Must reside within Trillium's Catchment area in North Carolina

• Must be willing to travel within the catchment area as needed

• Preferred: Two (2) years of clerical or direct customer service experience with at least six months in a call center or insurance environment

• Preferred: Twelve (12) months of experience in the mental health, substance abuse, and developmental disabilities sectors

• All candidates must successfully pass a drug test as a condition of employment
