Provider Relations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the upkeep and enhancement of current provider relationships through effective communication, support, analysis, problem-solving, and educational initiatives.

• Engages directly with providers to ensure they are thoroughly informed about all policies and procedures in a professional manner.

• Collaborates with stakeholders to address existing and newly recognized needs.

• Maintains an extensive database of provider contacts.

• Establishes connections with Clinical Centers of Excellence for support.

• Handles incoming inquiries and resolves provider grievances.

• Facilitates the secure exchange and management of provider enrollment documentation.

• Aids in ensuring provider compliance with program requirements.

• Offers education and guidance to providers regarding required metrics and programs.

• Takes responsibility for the provider's recruitment, enrollment, and participation journey.

• Ensures that provider records are updated promptly and accurately.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.

• 2-5 years of experience in healthcare, specifically in provider support or education.

• Proficient in using multiple system applications in an end-user capacity.

• Experience in creating communication materials for professional audiences.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
