Provider Relations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Responsible for recruiting physicians, providers, and groups into the CHN PPO network within the designated territory.

• Serve as the external representative for CHN PPO, showcasing a professional and refined image.

• Build and nurture strong working relationships with participating physicians and providers in the assigned area.

• Reach out to providers through phone calls, in-person meetings, or direct mail to discuss the advantages of joining the CHN PPO network.

• Conduct orientation sessions and other service visits with CHN PPO Participating Providers.

• Address provider inquiries by coordinating with Medlogix/CHN PPO departments to ensure prompt resolution of these concerns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Valid driver's license issued by the state.

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related discipline.

• Comprehensive knowledge of NJ counties and cities, with the ability to navigate throughout all of Central NJ.

• Self-driven and willing to take on responsibilities.

• Capable of meeting deadlines, thriving under pressure, and taking the initiative to work independently.
