Provider Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify, recruit, and establish contracts with mental health providers to fulfill network requirements.

• Conduct outreach to potential providers from underrepresented specialties and markets.

• Facilitate the contracting process with these providers.

• Assist providers in navigating the credentialing process.

• Offer guidance on recruitment procedures and support improvements in processes.

• Maintain precise records of outreach efforts, contracts, and onboarding milestones.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Provider Relations teams to ensure strategic alignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, or a related field is strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in provider recruitment or a similar field.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and requirements for provider networks.

• Previous experience with full cycle recruiting.

• Proficient in contract negotiation and ensuring compliance.

• Capability to manage multiple projects and navigate complex workflows.
