Provider Outreach Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Gain an in-depth understanding of Mamaya's programs, clinical focus areas, referral processes, and insurance coverage to confidently engage with various provider types.

• Review and streamline our CRM; identify active users, those who have lapsed, and those we have yet to connect with.

• Initially shadow and subsequently participate in outreach calls, check-ins, and lunch-and-learn sessions with current partners.

• Start re-engaging inactive partners and arranging check-ins.

• Cultivate the practice of logging every interaction in our CRM — on the same day, without exception.

• Conduct independent outreach to new provider organizations within our target list.

• Provide educational presentations and lunch-and-learns for clinical teams.

• Activate new referral partners by guiding them through the referral process, ensuring they are set up, and facilitating their first referral smoothly.

• Maintain relationships with existing partners through regular check-ins, sharing referral data, and proactive problem resolution.

• Report weekly to the Chief Growth Officer regarding outreach activities, newly activated partners, and generated referrals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A background in mental health, social work, nursing, public health, or behavioral health — whether clinical, administrative, or related.

• A genuine understanding of women's mental health issues — including postpartum, perinatal mood disorders, perimenopause, or reproductive health — and their significance.

• Experience in outreach, care coordination, community health, or healthcare relationship management.

• Confidence in entering a medical office, presenting to a clinical team, and simplifying complex information.

• Strong discipline: you follow up diligently, log your activities, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

• A startup mentality — comfortable working in an environment without a fully developed playbook and eager to contribute to its creation.
