Provider Network Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Utilize existing demographic data for current out-of-network providers to effectively target recruitment efforts aimed at fulfilling network adequacy based on geography, specialty, or member demographics.

• Implement recruiting initiatives in designated expansion areas, considering population demographics, healthcare requirements, and the presence of competitors.

• Evaluate potential provider capabilities, workflows, and staffing to ensure compliance with access standards and quality of care expectations.

• Assist in crafting targeted outreach strategies to engage high-quality providers in sought-after specialties and locations.

• Conduct daily outreach to potential providers via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to communicate the advantages of joining the network.

• Keep records of provider outreach activities and maintain provider information in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

• Present the network to prospective providers and support new providers throughout the onboarding process.

• Engage in process improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing workflows and enhancing the provider experience.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare provider recruiting and contracting.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in provider relations, provider services, or provider recruiting, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and expansion in one or more geographic regions.
