Provider Field Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Utilize various websites and systems to assess and enter enrollment information.

• Respond to incoming calls as needed.

• Adhere to contract specifications, business unit regulations, and legal standards.

• Ensure effective time management, attendance, and punctuality.

• Travel across the state of Delaware.

• Operate independently while fulfilling service-level and contractual commitments.

• Engage in face-to-face communications with providers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a metrics-driven environment.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently.

• Background in the healthcare sector, particularly in Medicaid.

• Experience in meeting service-level agreements and fulfilling contractual commitments.

• Capability to manage face-to-face interactions effectively.

• Willingness to travel throughout the state of Delaware.

• A dedicated home office or private workspace equipped with a door.

• Availability from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Consistent attendance and punctuality.

• High-speed internet connection with at least 24 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload.
