This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the provider enrollment process with various insurance payers.
• Review daily email communications regarding application approvals, inquiries, and status updates.
• Monitor and update enrollment statuses utilizing spreadsheets and internal systems.
• Submit requests and execute enrollment-related actions once provider authorization is secured.
• Reach out to providers to gather any missing information or necessary documentation.
• Follow up on submitted applications approximately every 15 days.
• Maintain precise records and documentation of enrollment activities.
• Manage a high volume of requests, typically ranging from 20 to 70 per day.
• Utilize templated email responses while upholding professional communication standards.
• Adhere to established outreach and follow-up protocols.
• Ensure requests are appropriate and complete prior to processing.
• Provide assistance with both standard enrollments and more intricate new provider enrollment cases.
• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in provider enrollment, credentialing, or healthcare administration.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A customer service-focused mindset.
• Proficient in working with spreadsheets, email, and internal systems.
• Understanding of payer enrollment processes, including both government and commercial plans.
• Familiarity with CAQH.
• Experience in supporting provider enrollment or credentialing workflows.
