Provider Enrollment Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Utilize various websites and systems to assess and enter enrollment data

• Contribute effectively as a team member

• Adhere to contract stipulations, business unit guidelines, and applicable legal regulations

• Maintain effective time management, attendance, and punctuality

• Execute data entry tasks

• Sustain focus and achieve performance standards while working remotely

• Follow company policies diligently

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a metric-driven setting

• Familiarity with using multiple monitors and systems

• Background in the healthcare sector, particularly with Medicaid

• Experience in meeting service level agreements and contractual commitments

• Willingness to learn and seek assistance to achieve independence

• A dedicated home office or private workspace with a door

• Availability from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Consistent attendance and punctuality

• High-speed internet with a minimum of 24 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload
