This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Credential and enroll both new and existing healthcare providers while ensuring all necessary information is maintained.
• Engage with providers to clarify processes and secure signed applications.
• Gather, update, sustain, and verify provider details and documentation.
• Set up and uphold data entry within CAQH.
• Accurately and promptly prepare initial and re-credentialing provider enrollment applications.
• Confirm provider and group details with insurance companies, including addresses, contracted plans, and provider ID numbers.
• Coordinate information regarding enrollment and termination for providers.
• Manage enrollment processes with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance providers.
• Contribute to the enhancement of departmental processes and procedures.
• Address departmental client WQs and smart feeds as applicable.
• Oversee the provider enrollment mailbox and carry out follow-up actions.
• Safeguard and disclose patients’ PHI in accordance with HIPAA standards while adhering to information security policies.
• High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• At least two years of experience in provider enrollment is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and CAQH.
• Prior billing knowledge and experience is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving capabilities, and creativity.
• Capacity to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on timely and accurate analyses.
• High integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-driven attitude.
• Friendly and welcoming demeanor for customer service engagements.
• Must own a smartphone or electronic device capable of downloading applications for multifactor authentication and security purposes.
