This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +3 more states.
• Address, respond to, or direct customer inquiries regarding EFT enrollments to resolve issues.
• Conduct EFT validation calls.
• Manage and update the Transaction Enrollment tool on Availity Essentials.
• Revise and maintain internal documentation relating to EFT enrollment and validation.
• Investigate and resolve Availity escalation matters concerning provider portal functionalities and information display.
• Collaborate with business and product owners to research and address issues.
• Record internal customer-reported EFT problems through Remedy and Escalation Tickets.
• Comply with service level agreements for both internal and external customers.
• Assist internal and external customers via telephone, email, Remedy tickets, and Availity Client Service tickets.
• Act as a support resource for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Complete assignments, resolve issues, generate EFT reports, and manage the EFT shared email inbox.
• Conduct EFT testing as needed.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Over 1 year of experience in Provider Customer Service or a technical Help Desk setting, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Strong attention to detail, administrative capabilities, and proven organizational skills.
• Proficient with various technical tools and systems across diverse computer and network platforms.
• Familiarity with basic PC hardware, applications/tools, desktop operating systems, advanced hardware, and software functionality.
• Understanding of Availity Essentials.
• Exceptional problem-solving, process analysis, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to work autonomously, with team members, and across different departments.
• Conceptual knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) technology in healthcare transactions.
• Familiarity with ANSI format.
• Ability to make swift determinations and thrive under pressure.
• Maintain a positive and constructive demeanor.
• Adaptable to change and effective in a dynamic environment.
• Outstanding communication skills and a positive phone presence.
• Dedication to customer service.
• Wired internet connection that is not satellite or cellular, with a minimum upload speed of 5Mb and a minimum download speed of 10 Mb.
