Provider Compensation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Conducts analysis and design of provider compensation programs.

• Responsibilities encompass data collection and analysis, reviews of CPT coding, creation of proformas, development of reports, market analysis for providers, and modeling plans for newly hired physicians, acquisitions, and contract renewals.

• Acts as a member of an implementation team for integrating new acquisitions into the system.

• Engages in research on specific issues such as legal compliance, trend analysis, and reviewing and analyzing market surveys related to provider pay, production, revenue, coding, and billing.

• Conducts fair market value assessments of provider compensation plans and collaborates with third-party firms to manage the external fair market review process as necessary.

• Partners with the Provider Compensation team and system leaders to formulate plans that support care strategies, quality and performance objectives, financial targets, and the funding of provider development initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in progressively responsible roles demonstrating skills in compensation design, finance, physician practice management, and strong project/change management capabilities.

• Familiarity with Human Resources, Contracting, and Business Intelligence Software.

• Proficiency in data reporting and analytics tools.
