Proposals Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete process for the intake and delivery of project and opportunity proposals.

• Evaluate clinical research protocols alongside opportunity and client specifications.

• Lead the creation of timely, high-quality proposals that are both functionally and technically robust.

• Serve as the primary bid leader to strategize, inform, coordinate, and follow up with both internal team members and external stakeholders.

• Assist in the organization and execution of bid defense meetings, project contracting, and the transition of essential information to project delivery teams.

• Facilitate capability development for the proposals/contracts and business development division at Everest.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in health, physical, biological, or chemistry sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, or business disciplines.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in related roles involving proposal writing and/or clinical research budget analysis within contract research settings.

• Practical experience in developing budgets for clinical trial services.

• Capability to identify key scope elements and inquiries while assessing a study protocol.

• Excellent communication skills for customer interactions and coordination.

• High-quality writing skills for proposal development.

• Proven ability to maintain perseverance and meet demanding proposal submission deadlines.

• Skill in discerning and recommending effective pricing strategies.

• Ability to assist in the creation of well-structured and impactful bid defense PowerPoint presentations.
