This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create, oversee, and compose strategic proposals to ensure they align with client needs and the capabilities of the company.
• Oversee the entire RFP process.
• Partner with subject matter experts, sales teams, and other departments to collect essential information and transform it into customized proposal content.
• Ensure adherence to client specifications and compliance with both internal and external submission guidelines.
• Maintain and update proposal templates and databases to guarantee accurate information.
• Facilitate proposal meetings, set deadlines, and manage the proposal development process from inception to completion.
• Review and refine proposal content for clarity, grammatical accuracy, style, and technical precision.
• Handle multiple proposals concurrently, ensuring they are completed and submitted on time.
• Evaluate proposal feedback and results to continuously enhance proposal strategies and processes.
• A Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Demonstrated experience in CRO proposal management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.
• Capacity to manage several projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational capabilities and the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software.
• Strategic mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in project management.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
• Skills in persuasive writing and editing.
