Proposals and Budgeting Systems Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation and upkeep of financial and other related tools utilized by the Business Operations Department.

• Collaborate with all departments within Precision for Medicine (and affiliated companies as necessary) that are either budgeted for or have knowledge of the services provided by Precision.

• Engage in discussions with internal staff to analyze and develop departmental algorithms that accurately reflect budgetary requirements.

• Execute assigned tasks with efficiency and precision.

• Maintain up-to-date trackers that reflect the status of assigned tasks.

• Contribute to the implementation of rates applicable to all resources across various departments.

• Collaborate with our financial department and external consultants to ensure that Business Operations tools and/or systems include all necessary data for reporting and functional requirements.

• Aid in training Business Operations personnel on the usage of the tools and/or systems.

• Support the training of operations staff in interpreting and utilizing the tools and/or systems.

• Assist in managing the tool(s) and/or system(s) to ensure alignment with Precision ERP and Salesforce (and other) requirements.

• Help Business Operations address unique client requests where system modifications may be necessary.

• May engage in departmental initiatives.

• And other responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or its international equivalent) plus 5 years of relevant experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in budgeting tools and systems development.

• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, data modeling, and pivot tables.

• Practical experience with Excel VBA for automation, tool enhancement, or workflow optimization.

• Proven experience in developing analytical tools or systems that support clinical research, CRO, pharmaceutical, or healthcare-related environments, or an equivalent combination of education, professional training, and experience that equips the individual with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the role.
