This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Overseeing all aspects of our Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) proposal process, including formatting proposals to align with internal marketing standards.
• Addressing RFP inquiries utilizing a database of content reviewed by internal Subject Matter Experts.
• Coordinating, participating in, and leading strategy discussions with key stakeholders throughout the organization.
• Tailoring and adjusting responses to develop client-specific materials.
• Establishing timelines and ensuring that all involved parties meet RFP milestones promptly.
• Compiling and reviewing final documents for submission in accordance with client-imposed deadlines.
• 0-2 years of professional work experience.
• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office applications in a professional setting.
• Proven ability to manage and organize projects from initiation to completion.
• Proposal or project management experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Medicare Part D (i.e., Employer Group Waiver Plans, Medicare Advantage Drug Plans, Prescription Drug Plans) and relevant industry terminology is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products; ideal candidates should also have knowledge of Qvidian and Salesforce.com applications.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, particularly in Marketing, Communications, Health Care, Business, or other relevant areas. Equivalent experience may be considered.
