This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Oversee the complete proposal development process — from the receipt of RFPs and compliance evaluation to the final submission via email, web portal, or physical copy.
• Create high-quality and persuasive proposals in response to RFX and other solicitation documents, ensuring they align with client requirements and TELUS Health's capabilities.
• Develop proposal outlines, compliance matrices, templates, and identify boilerplate content along with essential qualification materials, including resumes, biographies, project qualifications, certifications, and references.
• Craft tailored responses to customer inquiries, integrating win themes and ensuring that the written content is clear, accessible, and engaging.
• Oversee daily proposal tasks — tracking data requests, reviewing submissions, assigning roles, and monitoring drafts to adhere to submission timelines.
• Conduct proposal review meetings (pink, red, gold), gathering stakeholder feedback and ensuring adherence to RFX and WPO standards.
• Collaborate with SAM leads, subject matter experts, and corporate functions (Legal, Finance, HR, Marketing) to collect input, refine content, and formulate winning strategies.
• Execute proposal close-out tasks, lead debrief sessions, collect client feedback, and contribute lessons learned to enhance continuous improvement.
• A Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline — or at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in proposal writing, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple proposals concurrently.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional subject matter experts and corporate stakeholders to create technical and management content.
• Exceptional writing and editing abilities — capable of producing clear, concise, and persuasive content with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with an understanding of document design and marketing principles.
• Strong project management capabilities — adept at setting priorities, establishing target dates, and maintaining complex, multi-stakeholder processes on schedule.
• A solutions-oriented mindset that excels in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — effective both independently and in a collaborative team setting, grounded in integrity and reliability.
• Proficiency in Spanish, Mandarin, or French (Preferred).
• Experience with proposal management software or CRM tools (Preferred).
• Background in healthcare, benefits, or technology sectors (Preferred).
• Familiarity with APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) methodologies (Preferred).
• Skills in graphic design or data visualization (Preferred).
