This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Create precise, engaging, and client-ready responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) and associated client inquiries.
• Enhance the organization’s business development initiatives by developing high-quality proposal content that showcases the company’s capabilities, unique features, and value propositions.
• Collaborate effectively with subject matter experts (SMEs), business development, operations, and leadership teams to ensure that all responses highlight organizational strengths, adhere to internal standards, and meet client requirements.
• Produce and present clear, persuasive, and accurate RFI responses, ensuring alignment with company positioning and client expectations.
• Work alongside SMEs and internal stakeholders to gather technical, operational, and business information to facilitate proposal development.
• Evaluate client RFI requirements and convert them into well-structured, customized responses.
• Oversee timelines and coordinate cross-functional contributions to guarantee timely fulfillment of deliverables.
• Assist in the development and upkeep of RFI content repositories, templates, and libraries for consistent reuse.
• Implement branding, style, and quality standards to ensure uniformity and professionalism across all deliverables.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to refine RFI response processes and boost content quality.
• Aid internal knowledge-sharing efforts by updating standard responses and supporting the training of team members on RFI processes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant formal academic/vocational qualifications.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical information into language that is accessible to clients.
• Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Keen attention to detail and quality, with a proven track record in document formatting and consistency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with proposal management tools or content libraries.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and SMEs.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret client requests and customize responses accordingly.
• Familiarity with business development or sales operations processes is preferred.
